Leaving Our Company

When you leave Paylocity you’ll need to return the phone along with the rest of your equipment. Please see this link for more information on returning equipment to Paylocity End User KB - Return Hardware to Paylocity with FedEx.

If you previously ported a personal number to the Paylocity account, you may have the option to recover that number, subject to manager approval. Note that some roles are not eligible to recover their number. Please open a Helplocity ticket request to port your number out.

International Travel

All plans have international voice and data enabled by default.

Please submit an International Work Request to be able to access Paylocity resources while travelling.

Broken Phones

Please submit a Helplocity ticket to EUC to arrange a replacement.

Lost or Stolen Phones

Please contact EUC immediately once you realize your phone is missing.

Upgrade Eligibility

Lines are eligible for upgrade once the contract is up, usually every two years. Please contact EUC to check on your line’s upgrade status.

Cell Phone Eligibility

Company cell phones are limited to specific roles and job functions that require availability outside of normal business hours or while traveling. If you have a business need for a cell phone, please submit a Helplocity ticket to EUC.
