  • Go to the main landing page and select Request Support in the right menu. Enter your information. In the Description of Issue field, enter: Transfer liability from My Company and begin paying my own bill.
  • You’ll receive notification that you will need to contact the carrier. Call the carrier and tell them you want to assume liability of your phone number.
  • If you want to switch carriers, contact your preferred carrier’s customer support line and ask about the process of switching. You’ll be responsible for any related fees.

Transfer a personal device to your company

If you want your company to assume liability of your personal mobile plan, there are a few steps you need to take.

IMPORTANT: Your company will also assume ownership of your mobile device.

First, contact your carrier about the following:

  • Release Liability: Tell them that you are releasing liability of your mobile device to your company and ask them to notate the account.
  • Upgrade Date: Ask for your upgrade date. You don’t need to upgrade, but if you do, provide this date to us or your transfer maybe delayed.

Unlocking Devices

It’s against The company’s policy to unlock any mobile devices; however, there may be certain situations that may require us to unlock a device in order to access its data. These situations are evaluated individually and require the approval of mobile support.
